Hazard analysis system and critical control points and guidelines for their application. The HACCP system should be applied separately to each specific operation. It will be applied throughout the entire food chain, from the primary producer to the final consumer, and its application must be based on scientific evidence of dangers to human health. To be successful, both management and staff need to be fully engaged and involved.

GMP

Good manufacturing practice. This regulation applies to food and drugs, entails a series of guidelines that manufacturers must follow, to ensure the quality of the delivery product. GMP is based on European regulations and the international harmonization conference for the same purpose.
